Who are we

Mosman First National is an active and progressive organisation with a professional approach to the marketing of Real Estate.

We are members of the Real Estate Institute of New South Wales and are licensed Estate Agents, Property Managers and Auctioneers, and have been trading on the Lower North Shore since 1923.

We have a modern well located office at Building 13, Best Avenue, Headland Park, Georges Heights, Mosman.

Our principals Peter Hand and Gerry McPhee have had many years experience in the Real Estate Industry in which Gerry McPhee has served on the Boards of the Estate Agents Co-Operative (as Vice Chairman) and the Real Estate Institute of New South Wales. They are also fully licensed Real Estate Agents and Auctioneers.

Mosman First National provide top quality training to both staff and management ensuring that the Firms representatives, who are advising clients and customers on their real estate needs, are fully trained and competent in those fields.

Our Services

Sales & Auctions - Residential & Commercial;
We are active in the Sale of residential and commercial Real Estate on the Lower North Shore (other areas of Sydney are catered for if approved by management). The methods of sale are by public auction, private treaty and tender.

Rental / Leasing - Residential / Commercial;
We provide leasing services on a casual basis (i.e. where the landlord intends managing the property themselves after the initial letting) and naturally a leasing service to our managed properties.

Property Management;
Mosman First National has been providing a quality Property Management service on the Lower North Shore since 1925 and continue to do so.

Consultations;
We act on a consulting basis to clients advising on all aspects of Real Estate including advice on the purchase and investment of property.
